Sinus is an abnormal condition in which people suffer from inflammations on their paranasal sinuses. It is the most common health problems that around 99% adults in the big cities have experienced it. The causes of this problem is varying start from allergies, pollutions, bad habits, infections, immunes problems issues, and many more.
When people have this health issue, they will suffer from severe pains, pressures, swollen, sore throats, headache, redness, coughing, congestion’s nasal, and fever. The difference that may people experience is the pains or pressures’ location. People may experiences the severe pains on the check areas, eyes, forehead, and even on top of their head. Sinus infection is treatable. People who don’t wish to take medical treatment can try several home-remedies options.
A few home-remedies I tried at home are ;
1. a teaspoon (= tsp ) salt ( preferably himalayas or organic sea salt )
a tsp carbonate
a glass of warm drinking water
Stir three of them in a bowl or a glass. Sniff the mixture a few times till your nasal passages fairly burn. It would even be better to have tears falling down.
2. Peelings of 2 potatoes

Peppermint oil
After washing up nasal passages, I would rather boil potato peelings and inhale on the boiling water with a covering towel on the head for 10 mins. Then dab peppermint oil on forehead. If not have potato at home at that time, parsley and hibiscus help. These are quite effective in decreasing its symptoms.
